Shipping policy
Shipping:
Our policy is to fulfill your Nutri-Patch® order as efficiently as possible; Our team of wonderful humans work with human hands and brains; we inspect every order and sign every purchase slip in your package.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse store in Connecticut, USA, within 1-2 business days. Free U.S. shipping is applied when 3 and more patch sets are purchased. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer standard USPS first-class shipping, where packages typically arrive in 3-7 days. We also provide other carriers and priority mail for an additional charge if you need your Nutri-Patch® package sooner, within 2-3 days. You will receive emails confirming the receipt and subsequent shipment of your order.
Please be advised that once the carrier has received your order, our company is not responsible for issues such as non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer. In this event, we will ask you to re-submit your order with the correct address, as we cannot make changes to orders once they leave our warehouse. In the event an order is lost or missing by the carrier, all valid claims and requests for refunds will be processed through the carrier's insurance initially, if possible, and then our insurance. We ask for your patience while refunds are being processed, as it may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to complete.
International orders:
We ship far and wide and are proud to 215 countries. International carrier prices vary by territory. You'll see shipping options with estimated delivery window times from each carrier at checkout. Your order may be subject to extra shipping costs in the event the total is not covered at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. Customs officials determine these fees. Nutri-Patch® is not responsible for these charges.
International lost in transit:
Although it is rare, it happens. The delivery times from the carrier are estimates, and customs procedures, holidays, and weather can all cause packages to be lost. International orders will not be considered lost until 45 days after shipment, and we cannot process any claims until 45 days have passed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds. If your order has been lost, please notify us and report it as lost within 90 days of the purchase date. You can contact us by chat or email to discuss your options.
Currency:
All transactions on the Nutri-Patch® website are shown and made in United States Dollars. You can contact your bank for questions regarding conversion rates or refer to our international currency converter directly on our website.
Third-Party Retailers:
Products ordered through a marketplace retailer and not www.Nutri-Patch.com are subject to the terms and conditions, shipping, and returns set forth by the third-party retailer and handled directly with the retailer marketplace.
Returns:
We accept returns of unopened products purchased only from us for up to 30 days after the date of delivery, less 20% fee, and shipping is not refundable except for the damaged or a compromised product due to a manufacturing error.
Return-less resolutions are in place here because the FDA strongly discourages accepting shipped and opened products. To request a refund for opened or used products, email customerservice@nutri-patch.com with your name and order number, the reason for return, and provide evidence ( document, photo/video ) so that we will investigate, and refunds will be issued, less 20% fee, on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@nutri-patch.com.
Shipping and refunds:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns due to Freight or Shipping
We inspect our products before leaving the warehouse. Should your order arrive damaged, make all claims within 48 hours to customerservice@nutri-patch.com, and we need a complete description of the damage to the product and may require additional photo evidence. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the above sections.
