Shipping Policy

Shipping:
Our policy is to fulfill your Nutri-Patch® order as efficiently as possible. Our team of wonderful humans, work with human hands and brains, we inspect every order and sign every purchase slip in your package.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse store in Connecticut, USA, within 1 business day. We offer free U.S. shipping when you order more than 3 patch sets. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer USPS first class shipping, and packages typically arrive in 3-7 days. We also provide other carriers and priority mail for an additional charge if you need your Nutri-Patch® package sooner within 2-3 days. You will receive emails confirming both the receipt and subsequent shipment of your order. Once the carrier has received your order, we are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors you provided, and we will not be able to make changes to the order. In this case, we ask that you resubmit your order.

International orders:
We ship far and wide and proud to 215 countries. International carrier prices vary by territory. You'll see shipping options with estimated delivery window times from each carrier at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. Customs officials determine these fees. Nutri-Patch® is not responsible for these charges nor collects these fees as checkout for international orders.

International lost in transit; Although it is rare, it happens. The delivery times from the carrier are estimates, and customs procedures, holidays, and weather can all cause packages to be lost. International orders will not be considered lost until 45 days after shipment and we cannot process any claims until 45 days has passed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds. If your order has been lost, please notify us and report it as lost within 90 days of the purchase date. You can contact us by chat or email to discuss your options.

Currency: 
All transactions on the Nutri-Patch® website are automatically shown and made in USD. You may choose a different currency from the drop down list, if applicable. You can contact your bank for questions regarding conversion rates.

Third-Party Retailers:
Products ordered through a marketplace retailer and not www.Nutri-Patch.com are subject to the terms and conditions, shipping, and returns set forth by the third-party retailer and must be handled directly with the retailer marketplace.

Returns:

Prior to making any returns, kindly read our policies below to see which ones are applicable as well as communicating your request in an e-mail to customerservice@nutri-patch.com. Orders should not be returned without giving us prior notice.

1. We accept returns of unopened products purchased only from us for up to 30 days after the date of delivery, less 30% fee, and shipping is not refundable except for the damaged or a compromised product due to a manufacturing error. Photos of the damaged or compromised products must be submitted first for an investigation prior to returning.

2. Return-less resolutions are in place here because the FDA strongly discourages accepting shipped and opened products. To request a refund for opened or used products, email customerservice@nutri-patch.com with your name and order number, the reason for return, and preferably with a photo. We will investigate, and refunds will be issued, less 30% fee, on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns due to Freight or Shipping:
We inspect our products before leaving the warehouse. Should your order arrive damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours to customerservice@nutri-patch.com, and we need a complete description of the damage to the product and may require additional photo evidence. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the above sections.

FAQ's

How does Nutri-Patch work?

Nano-sized nutrient particles are infused into a reservoir matrix patch that adheres to the skin to transfer nutrients. They may then be absorbed directly into circulation, completely bypassing the digestive process. This is because the skin (the largest organ) is an alternate route of administration to swallowing.  ( so is sublingual, inhalers, and rectal suppositories)

Where are your patches made? Are they safe?

We are located and entirely manufactured in the United States of America and operate under strict adherence to guidelines set forth by governing bodies. Our contract manufacturer and their sourcing hold certificates of analysis that are granted and regulated by the U.S.A. governing bodies so that you will receive a product that is safe, non-toxic, and manufactured of the highest quality.

How do all the nutrients and ingredients fit into a small patch?

Less bulk because, in a tablet, the nutrient molecule is bound to a powder. In a liquid, the bound nutrient molecule is diluted. Both these forms result in a bigger size and higher weight of the nutrient molecule, and therefore higher dose amounts are required and more to swallow. Because transdermal patches bypass the digestive system, where up to 80% of an oral dose is degraded and lost, they need only 20% of the amount found in pills and capsules. We show the oral dose equivalent amount so people can understand and compare the amount in our patches to the amount in tablets and capsules. Keep in mind that the FDA has not established a transdermal dose equivalent to an oral dose. As soon as an equal amount is established, we are eager to make that label available.

Do you have studies showing your patches work or are absorbed?

We have many independent studies from clinicians that indicate absorption. But since they are not conducted using a double-blind placebo methodology, they can’t be published as evidence. What’s more, the FDA prohibits all nutrient patch companies from making any claim of absorption. This is because transdermal vitamin patches are still classified as a drug and not as a dietary supplements. So until this changes, any absorption claim by a supplement patch is an illegal medical claim.

How long should I keep the patch on?

Wear the patch for up to 12 hours, day or night. If you keep it on longer, there’s no risk, or benefit, because the patch is no longer effective after 12 hours.

Can I apply more than one patch?

Yes, you can wear a combination of patches – for example, the Multi-Nutrient patch plus the Omega-3 patch. Wearing two patches of the same product, however, is not recommended. It may be advisable if you are highly deficient, but consult your doctor before wearing two patches of the same kind.

Where should I apply the patch?

Wear the patch on an area of skin free of lotions and with little or no hair. The inner wrist, shoulder, back, and torso are commonly used. Apply the patch to an area with minimal contact with clothing that could rub against it.

Is it okay if the patch gets wet?

Yes, the patch is water-resistant but not waterproof. In other words, it’s okay if the patch gets damp but not saturated with water – so swimming, bathing, and showering are not recommended while wearing the patch.

What if I'm allergic to adhesives?

If you’re allergic to adhesives similar to bandages, you will likely be allergic to the patch and react to it. Even though the patch adhesive is rated “non-irritating to human skin,” some people may react. If you have any adverse reaction to wearing a patch, we advise taking it off, discontinuing its use, and talking with a healthcare provider about treatment. 

What if the skin under the patch is red or itchy?

You may be allergic to the adhesive, in which case we recommend you remove the patch and talk with a healthcare provider about treating your skin inflammation.

What if it peels back?

At times the patch will peel back at the corners, which is normal. If the patch peels off entirely, do not re-use it. Try to avoid placing the patch in an area where clothing can cause friction against it. If a patch corner peels up slightly, the patch is still effective. Once a patch is removed, it cannot be reapplied.

Can I use creams or lotions under the patch?

Creams and lotions in patch application areas create a barrier and inhibit absorption and effectiveness. You can, however, clean that area with rubbing alcohol before applying the patch.

Should I wipe the skin with alcohol before I apply the patch?

Yes, it is recommended since the skin may have natural oils, lotion, or other absorption barriers. Apply the patch to the clean skin after it's dry.

When is the best time of day to apply the patch?

Day or night. The time of application has no bearing on the patch’s effectiveness.

Are the patches safe for kids?

Our patches are designed for adults, who weigh 100 pounds or more, so they’re not advised or safe for use on children.

Do you offer product samples?

Any suggestions or demonstrations for peeling off the patches?

Bend the clear plastic all the way back. You’ll then be able to peel and remove the patch to maintain its integrity. Watch this demonstration.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, buyers outside the U.S. should expect an arrival time of up to four weeks.

Can I cut the patch?

Yes, if the patch is cut, it will maintain its integrity and safety. Keep in mind that this will decrease the dose.

Are the vitamins in the patch synthetic?

Yes, vitamins and minerals in any supplement are identical synthetic forms of the nutrient. An exception is whole food supplements, which are dehydrated foods powdered into supplements.

Can you give me a medical diagnosis and treat it with your patches?

No, we’re prohibited from diagnosing or treating any medical condition. We urge you to work closely with your healthcare provider regarding any supplements.

How do I cancel or make changes to my account?

Customers are solely responsible for making changes to their account, which include, but are not limited to, adding or removing subscriptions, canceling the account, changing the delivery dates, frequency of deliveries, skipping orders, contact information changes, etc. Our customer support team cannot adhere to any form of a request for changes or cancelation to a customer's account.
